1. What our AI does
VyaaparOS uses machine-learning models, including third-party large language and image models, to generate captions, creatives, review replies, profile descriptions, keyword suggestions and recommendations based on the information you and your connected accounts provide.
2. Accuracy & review
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate for your context. You are responsible for checking prices, offers, medical or legal claims, dates and any facts before publishing. Auto-publishing features act on your instruction, and you remain responsible for what is published under your business name.
3. Ownership of output
As between you and VyaaparOS, you own the AI output generated for your business, to the extent permitted by law. Similar output may be generated for other users, and you do not gain exclusive rights to common phrases, styles or templates.
4. Inputs you provide
Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or sensitive personal data about customers (such as health details, ID numbers or financial information) in prompts. Business information you provide is used to personalise output for you.
5. Use of data for improvement
We may use anonymised and aggregated usage data to improve the quality and safety of our features. We do not sell your content, and we do not allow our model providers to train their general models on your private business data where such controls are available.
6. Prohibited uses
- Generating fake reviews or testimonials, or replies that pretend to be a customer.
- Content that is deceptive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent or unlawful.
- Misleading health, financial or legal claims.
- Content that infringes trademarks, copyrights or personality rights.
7. Platform rules
Content published to Google, Facebook, Instagram or other platforms must follow those platforms' policies. We may block or modify generation requests that are likely to breach them.
8. Disclaimer
AI features are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of AI output. These AI Terms form part of our Terms & Conditions.
