These Terms govern your use of the VyaaparOS mobile app, web app and website (together, the “Service”), operated by Trinetra AI Systems Pvt Ltd (“VyaaparOS”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
2. The Service
VyaaparOS helps local businesses analyse and improve their online presence. Features include Google Business Profile audits, keyword and competitor insights, AI-generated social media content, AI-assisted review replies and scheduled publishing to connected platforms. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
3. Connected accounts
When you connect third-party accounts such as Google, Facebook or Instagram, you authorise us to access and act on those accounts only as needed to provide the features you enable. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by third-party platforms.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Paid plans are paid in advance for 30 days at a time in Indian Rupees, plus applicable GST.
- Plans do not renew automatically. If you do not renew, your account moves to the Free plan when the 30 days end.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
- Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- post false, misleading, defamatory, hateful or illegal content;
- create fake reviews, incentivise reviews in violation of platform rules or impersonate others;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload and the content generated for your business. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and publish that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. See our AI Terms of Use for more on AI-generated output.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates and branding, is owned by VyaaparOS and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.
8. No guarantee of results
We work hard to help you grow, but search rankings, reach and sales depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of reviews, customers or revenue.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VyaaparOS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put other users or platforms at risk.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
