Before you go: deleting your account is permanent. Your posts, review reply history, reports and settings cannot be recovered. Content already published to Google, Facebook or Instagram stays on those platforms unless you remove it there.
Delete from the app
- Open the VyaaparOS app or web app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with the OTP sent to your registered phone or email.
If you have an active paid subscription bought through Google Play, please also cancel it in Google Play to stop future charges.
Request deletion without the app
Can't access the app? Send us a request below, or email info@vyaaparos.com from your registered email with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, business details and uploaded media.
- AI-generated posts, drafts and review reply history.
- Access tokens for connected Google, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Usage data linked to your account.
What we may keep
Invoices and payment records required under Indian tax law, and limited records needed to prevent fraud, may be retained for the legally required period. All other personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of verifying your request.
