- Account details: name, phone number, email address and business name.
- Business details: category, address, opening hours, logo, photos, offers and other content you upload.
- Payment details: processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
- Support communications via email, phone or WhatsApp.
Information from connected accounts
With your permission, we access your Google Business Profile (listing details, insights, reviews and posts) and Facebook/Instagram business pages, limited to what is needed for the features you use.
Information collected automatically
Device and app information, IP address, approximate location, usage events and crash logs, used to keep the Service secure and to improve it.
2. How we use information
- To provide audits, recommendations, AI content, review replies and publishing.
- To process payments and send service messages.
- To provide support and respond to requests.
- To improve features, measure performance and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To send product updates and offers, which you can opt out of anytime.
3. Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide and improve user-facing features, do not sell it, and do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, payments, messaging) under confidentiality obligations; with platforms you connect, when you ask us to publish; and with authorities where required by law.
5. Data security & storage
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted to authorised personnel. Data may be processed on secure servers in India or other countries with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Your rights

8. Children
The Service is intended for business owners aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email.
